What an amazing Art Oasis has been created in a beautiful old building, steeped in history at the eastern end of High St, Maitland. Lorna is an amazing teacher with a bubbly, fun personality and a wealth ofknowledge which she is more than happy to sharewith her students.The gallery is a delight and the studio itself, being so light, airy and spaciousgives one the perfect balance to create.Definitely one of Maitland's cultural gems.
Amazing classes with Lorna. I did the resin workshop and have been able to go home and use the skills and techniques with success. The course was interactive, hands on and I walked away with a piece of art. Lorna was easygoing and lots of fun during our class Thanks

What a great space and use of this lovely building. Lorna has done an amazing job in creating the studio & gallery which has attracted a number of now resident artists, so not just her own work. The studio offers a range of creative workshops where aspiring and budding artists can come and learn new skills and have some fun. The gallery stocks a huge range of the new chalk paint range, brushes and you can even learn how to turn that old tired piece of furniture into something funky!
Lorna infectious laugh and creative talent puts you immediately at ease when attending her workshops. Lornas extensive skills and teaching methods are vast and inspiring. Will certainly return
