Not a great experience. Stylist was running late (which is fine, that totally happens), but they didnt tell me and i waited nearly 45 minutes without an explanation, or acknowledgement. They couldve at least offered me a coffee, as I was desperate for one but no, and the only people there were with clients so couldnt ask for one. When i was taken in, as lovely as she was to chat with there was no acknowledgement on how late the appointment was, just ignored it. And finally, I asked for layers and got the complete opposite hairstyle I had asked for. Massive fail.
