I would never hire a car through Europcar car hire again, they take your credit card number when you first go in to hire the car, then they take $100 from your credit card before you leave in case you damage there car or return it late, they say if the car is returned on time and not damage they will refund the $100 dollars, let me tell you they don't refund the $100 they take from your credit card and your got to watch them cause 5 or 6 days after you return the car they take more money from your credit card, I have sent a copy off my invoice as well as my credit card statements to fair trading letting them know that Europcar hire is trying to rob everybody.
