For someone who is extremely self-conscious and facing a lot of personal struggles at present, to return to a store I had previously had the most amazing experience at, was a little treat to myself.. Both times have been two different staff members, but both have been nothing but pleasant, respectful and made me and those Im with to feel completely comfortable.. The lady today had no hesitations about helping me in and out of the clothes I was trying on, no matter what else she was trying to do.. For someone whos constantly miserable at this current time, to leave this place with a positive attitude is incredible.. Will 110% return time and time again!

***Please be aware***VERY DODGY AND NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED RETAILER!!!I recently purchased 3x Erstwilder brooches off TINA MAREE RAMOS (the owner) of FRANGIPANI LIVING and after 1.5 weeks of trying to get a hold of her for faulty goods sent to me in WA, she has since blocked me on facebook after several attempts to contact her.So i called FRANGIPANI LIVING and asked her directly why she had blocked me on fb after i had contacted her regarding an issue with the items and that i was entitled to a replacement or refund. She skuffed at me and said "There was a small fault with the brooch and that's why they were cheap!"I then told her "No... You never ONCE stated on your ad that they were discounted due to faults, you had simply said you were selling them discounted due to no longer stocking Erstwilder" and that's when she said that "Erstwilder were hand crafted" and told me to "Get over it"... She then hung up on me.I even have a screenshot of her ad for these brooches which clearly shows NO written indication that these brooches were sold discounted due to faults... And i have also had contact with another girl who bought brooches off this woman who has had the exact same issues.Estwilder has even contacted her directly asking why she isn't offering assistance with this and that they would happily help her once she has help me. Tina has failed to fix both complaints of faulty items and has simply ignored any responsibility for her dodgy sales.Good luck darling Update 15/03/17: Since posting review to google and business page (friend posted on my behalf as i wasnt able to because im blocked) Tina has issued myself and the other customer a full refund. Thank you Tina. Maybe next time rethink before you try jipping a customer of yours. Just because we're in other states it doesnt mean we're powerless and consumer rights don't apply.
