Really excellent trainers/staff, very welcoming and friendly but it's a very small gym in terms of space, there is no locker room, one toilet cubicle per gender (binary) and there is limited room for stretching /floor work and spacing of the machines. Ideal if you'd prefer a small trainer centric gym, not ideal if you want to just go and do your own thing.
Best gym around. Great facilities and classes - lots of fun. The staff and members are friendly and welcoming - its a real community and all inclusive.
A very friendly and supportive environment. And the refurb has been great- more space and nice and fresh. Happy to recommend.
