Very disappointed with the service provided over the phone from Cathy, I was calling on behalf of my elderly mother. Cathy was short, rude and did not even listen to the reason I was calling, I was not even given a chance to speak, I was simply told her dr is not working today, call back tomorrow between 8.30 & 4! Seriously unprofessional!
My first time visiting this practice,I move states quite often and have struggled to find a Doctor I feel comfortable with, and never felt encouraged to come back for regular health check ups. I saw Dr Sarathy, she was lovely, very warm and welcoming, it was only for a quick appointment, but I never once felt rushed as I often do at some practices. Your staff were also lovely and made me feel welcome, also, short waiting time! Couldn't fault this place! I will definitely be recommending this practice to friends!
Dr Sarathy is a very thoughtful and thorough doctor. She listens to her patients, considers their whole well-being (including life circumstances and mental health), and gives sound and helpful advice. She is very considered when she prescribes medication, and she explains how to take it properly. Dr Sarathy has a gentle, attentive demeanour. I have never found her dismissive or felt she was rushing my appointment. She seems to genuinely care for her patients. She is our family GP; my husband and young son see her as well. We are very happy to have her as our doctor.We have found wait times for booked appointments vary. Sometimes we might wait 20 minutes or so, but I know that's because other patients are receiving excellent care and when it's our turn, so will we.
Have always found the reception to be polite, friendly and always able to fit myself and my family in, even at short notice. The doctors a very helpful, always there to help and always no how to make us feel very welcome.Thanks Dr Kazal
Dr Sarathy is so easy to talk with and very thorough, my husband also visits her and states she is terrific with men's health.This Doctor is very interested in your health and what is happening in your life.Would highly recommend this Doctor
