We initially had some trouble with this company. We met a great lawyer and had a good initial consultation. Completed paperwork and transferred money to start action on our matter but after 4 weeks did not hear back, with no reply to phone calls or emails. We have since been contacted by the principle for the company who apologized for our treatment and advised that the staff member we were dealing with is no longer with the company. The situation has now been resolved to our satisfaction and we will consider dealing with this firm in the future.
Absolutely pathetic. I was just looking to get information and start the separation procedure. I felt like I was putting everyone out. Rudest receptionist. Dont even know the solicitors name and all she wanted to do was race away for the day. Please reconsider this firm!! They might be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. Very unprofessional.
