Nice hotel with a pub and ample car parking space. Good place to stay and about half hour drive from Hunter Valley wineries. Has a pub and restaurant which makes it good option as there aren't many restaurants nearby. Note that there is no separate reception for the hotel but there is a separate counter at the main bar for accommodation. Check-in was quick.The pub and restaurant seems to be the main business and there are about 13-14 rooms. Food was good and portions are big. The pub is big with lot of seating and even Tab betting displays. Lot of TVs showing sports channels.
Great local pub for the folks in the Maitland area. Plenty of seating inside the building, and in the beer garden out the back. Food is always fresh with good value for money. Beer ice cold.
A very nice environment to catch up with friends or family. Dinner was beautiful and delicious and portions were generous. Salt and pepper squid and bacon chicken were both nice. The only problem is when you enter the restaurant nobody greets you or shows you your table. You have to find your own table. You see a single person sitting at a 6 seater table.I recommend this place for larger group of people, it's friendly environment to catch up
Great service. Good atmosphere. Loved the concept of the app to get a free drink. Meals were definitely value for money. Would visit again!
We asked regarding accommodation at the Windsor and Sam could not do enough for us. She was happy to show the room and understanding to the extent she got us another bed. She was also ever so gracious when serving us at the bar. Never has service been so perfect. All the other staff were nice, great food and decent accommodation. Can't complain at all
