Bought my son school shoes $120.They only lasted 4 -6 weeks along with the laces.The store only replaced me with new laces and wouldn't replace the shoe or give me a refund.After numerous phone calls , taking shoes back still nothing.I was told it was a issue with the shoe company not Athletes Foot.This whole drama lasted 6mths, with now been given a $60 voucher by the area manager, but was only given $30 ! Again more calls to store.I will never shop there again !
Had a good experience here, Blake looked after me and found me a great pair of shoes that ended up doing 200 kms of walking while in japan.

Went to this store May 1 2018, to buy a shoe for wife's birthday.Georgina (who is the manager) waited on me and when I pointed to a shoe for my wife in white leather, she was presumptuous and redirected me to Men's section in a different color. I told her I wanted that particular shoe in size 7 normal width. Georgina then brought a shoe and said the designation ( D ) on the shoe meant it was normal size and not wide.It turned out she was lying to make a sale, perhaps not realizing wife would wear the thing and it would not fit properly. So, I had to trek back to the store to get a refund.The inconvenience of either dishonest or incompetent sales person mean I will not shop there anymore, and write this review to warn others.
