At Woolies Greenhills today we were served by Jeannie from Deli, Debbie from poultry and Mel front desk. We would like to compliment these 3 staff on their great customer service. Jeannie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her products and has a great sense of humor. Debbie helped us decipher chicken products and spent a bit of time helping us compare items. Mel helped me by searching the database for an elusive product. As usual Wooles customer is exemplary.
Just shopped there and put a $258 trolley through self serve due to the man from a fresh department making it very clear he diddnt want to serve me whilst he was taking a priority call. I'm not going to stand there and be made feel awkward or like he is doing me a massive favour. Customers should come first at all times, obviously not in this store.
Woolworths is always good to shop at always fresh stuff and Pender place is a lovely place to go
A nice local store with a wide selection. A large store with plenty of room in the isle. The store seems well managed and kept clean. They always have something on sales and a range for all budgets. Close proximity to other stores too so you can complete all your shopping.
Fresh section is rarely superb. Other than that all good.
