Great lady thats works the station,was totally lost and she went out of her way to direct me to right bus stop to get to singleton other wise i had to wait 6 hrs,and thank you for the cold water it was nearly 40 degrees...
East Maitland is a peaceful, historic railway station with a disused platform in the commuter carpark. The disused platform was for the Morpeth Branchline.
Quiet except when the trains travel through lol ( that is expected however as it is a train station), beautiful location ,serene, safe, clean.
