I had found the flights we wanted online through another site and Flight centre matched the price which was less than what they originally offered.What made it even better was we could use our Com bank award points to get a $1300 rebate off our tickets.Nothing was a problem and everything was thoroughly explained to us

horrible service, stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10 minutes before i asked the lady who had been staring at me what i do if i wait or if i just go sit down..after sitting down the woman and the man next to her chatted mostly among themselves discussing prices instead of chatting to us.i told them i had seen a cheaper price online and the man made me out to be a liar questioning me rudely, don't take a job if you don't LOVE it and cant do it to the best of your ability, so rude, will definitely not go back there!i have since found a much better travel company!
