DO NOT GO HERE! I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer service. They are not trained properly in the cosmetic tattooing and made soo many mistakes and refused to fix. DISAPOINTED
I got eyelash extensions done here last week for my sister's wedding. I have no doubt I was under the care of a trainee because it was by far the worst application I have ever had. I initially asked if she would use sensitive glue of which she seemed dumbfounded there was a that type of glue available.. that should have been my first warning.The entire application I had my tweezers poking into my eyes, my natural lashes being pulled, my lashes ssticking to the pads, my airways being closed by her resting hand and other staff members walking in and out of the treatment room which is difficult to manage while you need to relax with eyes closed. At the end I opened my eyes of which they stung like crazy - that too was new. She gave me a look in the mirror, a tissue to wipe my tears and walked out for me to pay etc. Nil lash care instructions, nil disposable brush - nothing. Every time I blink, they hurt as the lashes are stuck on my skin and/or stuck really close together. I have clumps of lash glue at the base of my lashes inhibiting my ability to brush from end to tip. Knowing how rubbish they were, I went home to wash my face immediately in the hope half of them would fall out. Didn't happen. I've soaked my lashes in oil, knowing that will work with proper lash adhesive - however it has not. I'm under the firm belief the 'lash technician' used an incorrect lash glue as it smelt very much like acrylic nail adhesive and still will not come off. I'm sure I'm going to lose a few natural lashes now as well as damage to my lash hair folical thanks to this unprofessional, undertrained person who thinks any glue is fine. More so the person who runs the establishment she be held accountable as this is completely unacceptable. Don't bother with them, I will advise everyone I know to never go there.
Such a shame when a business goes down hill and lacks customer service. The male owner/manager is rude and does not treat his customers with respect. Referrals and word of mouth go a long way and at this stage I will be letting everyone know about the studio. As molly is only starting out with COSMETIC TATTOOING and only learning if she misses a spot or makes a mistake you should be insisting in providing a FREE second, third or fourth booking to make sure that the client is happy and the job is completed. I hope all the staff are able to understand that clients provide you with a business. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, do not hand over money if you are not completely happy. I will see if this review can be changed in the coming weeks
Had eyelash extensions done and they were ok for a week.Went to another beautician for infills and she was appalled at the glue clumping and poorly set lashes Would not recommend for this service plus not friendly did not talk during the whole time i was there
I got eyelash extensions done here. I was not advised that a trainee was going to do it. The girl was lovely but just just lacked experience. 80% if the lashes fell off the next day and both my eye become red and sore. I called the manager and he advised they dont give refunds. I wouldnt go here again.
