Not very helpful. Service department too interested in taking your money and not explaining issues with your car.
The team at Heritage went above and beyond to make my new car dream a reality. They made everything so easy, from applying for finance to getting the car ready for pickup at the time I wanted. From the moment I first called and the girl was so helpful. Our new car was purchased elsewhere and just moved to the area, but no problem with service being carried out by this dealer. Friendly person dropped us home and picks us up when car was ready. Without being asked rotated wheels. I couldn't believe it, they washed and vacuumed the car! Amazing service. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Completely ripped me off by twice of what I should be paying to get my car check up per 10000km. one middle aged male staff serving me was unsmiling unfriendly just down right cold. Never ever going back again. Make sure u force a quote out of them first in plain written form for they might rip you off too.
