Thank you to the staff at Volkswagen Hunter in Maitland for assisting me with an inspection service after experiencing a dashboard warning signal and failed steering. Relieved that Volkswagen Roadside Assist and Volkswagen Hunter were able to provide great service and enable me to continue my long drive from Sydney to Brisbane. That is why I drive a Volkswagen.

Do not bother driving here from Sydney. Waste of time a (whole day) actually. Car I was looking to buy needs repairs which is not mentioned on the ad or over the phone, salesperson does not know the car I wanted to buy nor its service history. No mention to cracked front windscreen or bonnet and bumper badly chipped due to highway driving... Cocky sales manager tells me *smartly have a good trip back to Sydney. Im speechless this dealer can sell cars and make money with this level of service and attitude.

The service department is a disappointment. The reception team is great but we have had repeated repair issues that have not been resolved and our safety concern dismissed. Phoned several times to ask questions and never received a call back.

An overall good experience buying my Golf R from Hunter VW. The team made me feel welcome there, and did everything they could to assist in getting the ball rolling promptly. Apart from a small unexpected cost I had to pay when picking up the vehicle, the process was great. I wouldn't recommend this company for trade ins, however they did me a good deal on the vehicle price.
