Chicken was old and Dry asked for a family pack did not have enough chicken gave us one tinny tender instead.mmm
Update (27/10/18)I've had to drop my rating from 3 stars to one on the Stockland Greenhills food court KFC because today was a disaster and I left very unhappy any annoyed. I arrived at 1:35 PM to this KFC and there was no organisation of lines (everyone was making their own sort of line) eventually another customer comes next to me and asks if I'm paying by cash or card, I say card but she doesn't explain why she's asking and moves on to her own line. Anyway I eventually make it up to the front of the line and there's two registers but one employee on the register, he asks cash or card and I say "card" then he says there is going to be a 3 minuet wait (didn't know what for exactly) but fine fair enough, meanwhile he tends to the "cash only" register which loads of people are lining up for. I end up waiting more than 3 minuets (like he said) and still hadn't been served nor had my order taken I eventually moved over a little bit to the order pick up line and he came back and said something about ATM and getting cash out I didn't fully catch what he said due to background noise, I told him I'd been waiting for more than 3 minuets which is how long you said you'd be and I told him from the start I was clearly paying by card, I told him to eventually forget about me ordering because I was fed up at that point and walked off. At the end it was 1:50 PM and I had to be elsewhere. 15 Minuets wasted in a line-up to not only get lied too about service and when they'll be ready to serve me but not served at all. Disgusting & poor service to only have one person in a busy rush period manning registers and not tending once to card customers. OLD REVIEWStandard KFC but located in the food court, I've had better service here then what I've had at the one outside 500m or so up the road. At least this KFC has an Orders "Being cooked / Ready" screen which helps to inform you your meal is now ready. The Mcdonalds Next door couldn't even do that.
