I can't abide a cheeseburger without onions. They have left them off the last two times. And I am yet to get cheese in a Caesar salad.

Place was filthy when we were there. At least six scrunched up receipts on tables and floors. A chair in a walkway. Plastic bottle in the floor for someone to roll an ankle on.Food was fine. Place was just such a mess

Booked party room, took 3 employees to unlock the door yet we had to turn on air con and clean tables and seats ourselves. Ordered food, told staff we were in party room, food (4 kid's meals) arrived, barely warm, soggy fries.Returned tray to counter for fresh/hot replacement only to be told, "Oh sorry, that was probably because they couldn't find your table number, the meals were hot and fresh when they were sent out.". . .

Went in drive through, chips thrown in the bottom of bag cold, hamburgers half unwrapped from being thrown in too, wrap looked like a sad trampled s**t, the meat wasn't even cut up, and the lettuce looked more like spinach than lettuce. Waited a decent time for the coffee and there was no syrup added and it tasted burnt and as bitter as an ex wife.

We have lived near this store for some 7 years and as we have children we have visited the store many times. I would have to say that an honest estimate of their incompetence would be 70% to 80% in our experiences with them. It appears that the simple task of reading items off a screen and putting said items in a bag is actually of the same difficulty level as performing brain surgery !!! Lets not even discuss the extreme stress involved with customizing an order, eg: leaving cheese or the like OFF a burger... how dare one ask for such an extreme task to be performed. WORST STORE ON THE ENTIRE EAST COAST ( possibly the whole country)
