Unfortunately while putting my CPU & heatsink back inside my PC after cleaning the system out I accidentally bent some of the CPU pins trying to put it back in. Luckily for me Dcomp came to my mind so I called them up and explained my problem and your staff member Liz was very very nice and understanding of my problem and told me to come in If I wanted so she could take a look at it so I did.So I arrive there a little later on and show Liz my damaged CPU and after inspecting it she offers to give it a try at fixing it but it could be a 50/50 chance it's repairable or can't be fixed. I took my chance and went ahead with the CPU repair and left it with her and went off to do my own thingI got the call from her later on telling me that my CPU is ready to be picked up and the damage was repaired and she also explained that she had tested it in their test system and it was working perfectly. I also let her install it back in own my system because I don't trust myself to do it on my own after doing what I did to it earlier :)This all on short notice, I was able to call Dcomp, go in, have it repaired and installed back on my system and be on my way on the same day, less than 2 hours. Liz really saved me a lot of trouble and saved my CPU from becoming a salvage piece. Much Appreciated Liz & Dcomp

Staff where very helpful, and knowledgeable when dealing with a peculiar issue with a computer.There prices where quite competative with online shopping and when you add the fact that the staff were polite and helpful, it made quite a good experience.I have no hesitation recommending this business.
