Great service with nice owner and friendly staff. I never had any issues ever since I dealt with them for my music needs. Consistent service and they treat you as a person, not a number.

OK I'm a hard person to please. This store when I first walked in where serving another customer but still polity said well be with you soon and they were it was great advice that they gave me and saved me from spending a hole load of money to fix a problem. One of the staff there also noticed my ukulele bag and just said wow that's got quite the hole in it. So not even looking like she wanted me to buy one. So I replayed with I've been meaning to get a new one. So she went over and grabbed a new one and dropped the price dramatically. So I went away feeling pretty satisfied. So much so that I went back and grabbed a microphone. So thank you music specialists Maitland for helping me know that there are you guys to count on if any thing ever happens to me and I need some thing music related quick

one of the best music shops in town. always great on prices. they got something for everyone. from beginners to advanced musicians. and the best part is the friendly staff.

Weird place with strange acting sales people. The owner, Shannon, looks Dawn Syndrome and acts like she is not there to sale instruments.Overlooked lack of customer service and bought a Guitar for daughter's birthday. It turned out to be 125% more expensive than other stores a bit further away.Drive to Newcastle and save yourself a lot of regrets!
