My partner went to this practice for a series of treatments - After the 1st session they kept ringing to change the next appointment. He accepted to be accomodating but they would call again to reschedule. When he kindly asked for an explanation of why keep moving his appointments the secretary got snappy. How hard is it to hold an appointment? If a time is picked this is due to work commitments - why pressure a patient to keep rescheduling it? How about not accepting the time slot in the 1st place? Is it necessary take the appointment and reschedule it each time?I am appalled on how the case was handled - he is a patient after all and needs treatment. We had to give up on this practice - rude, unacceptable and treating their patients poorly
