In my personal experience, this is what I can best describe I experienced:1. James Cleal, the practitioner at Terrace Physio Plus Maitland, is very professional. He asked lots of questions in a clear and precise manner to enable him to diagnose the issue. Then he goes through a series of physical tests to ascertain and isolate exactly what muscle groups are causing the pain or discomfort.2. He then is very good at explaining what is going on. What is causing the pain and discomfort, what muscle groups and the likely cause based on the questions he has asked and determines what has probably caused the issue.3. He then expertly used techniques - with me, a combination of dry needle and muscle manipulation to ease the initial discomfort...temporarily. 4. He then explains what is going on with your body and what needs to be corrected. e.g. the cause. 5.He provides a series of excursuses and stretches for you to follow, demonstrating them to you and getting you to repeat.6. He then emails you a link to a video site so you can see your programme and exercises and replay them via your PC, tablet or smartphone. Great for reminding you what you need to do everyday. 7. Finally, this Physio practice is digitally switched on. Everything is online, the booking, sms reminders, your personal programme, etc. 8. Oh yeah, pricing is very reasonable too. I highly recommend James. Please don't be put off by the location - World Gym.
