Jon Davis is extremly knowledgeable in his field. I had shoulder surgery and through Jon's expert advice and exercise programme I am back kayak paddling again.Jon kept my rehabilitation on track despite my desire to push ahead which I am sure would have been detrimental to my recovery.We had a goal for 85% recovery over 6 months so my wife and I could go on a planned overseas paddling holiday.All went extremly well and I haven't looked back.Jon has also sucessfully treated my wife and daughters with minor shoulder problems.I could not recommend him higher.
