It is not often you meet a real estate agent like Troy. I was looking for property in the Maitland area and met him at an open house in Rutherford. The depth of local knowledge and professionalism he displayed was commendable and although I did not buy a property from him, through no fault of his, I did get him to manage the one I did purchase. I had an idea of how I wanted to manage the property and he respected my wishes to manage it accordingly. I cannot recommend him or his team enough. He has now unfortunately divested from property management but he ensured I was looked after and recommended me to another local company. A true professional and I wish him and his team all the best.Chris Thornton
