You wanted it in writing so here it is, you were notified that a property that you are contracted to maintain was not being looked after and you were notified that there has been a shopping trolley sitting out the front of the premises since Christmas as you are paid monies to look after the property and you have the hide to tell me to ring Woolworth's to come and get the trolley. Do your bloody job and maintain the responsibility to the landlord that has contracted you to take care of the property. Disgusted neighbors
Very unprofessional from the start of our tenancy Feb 2017 April 2017. Do not rent through Star Realty. Property Managers(I use that term loosely with these two ) Julie Hillas and Nusha Barnes treated our family with utter disrespect. We moved into a "brand new" dwelling that was riddled with drama from the day we moved in. Broken water pump on tank, unfinished work from builder, loose taps, three valuations in the first six weeks by three seperate valuers, the list goes on.. me exaggeration. Star Realty did NOT lodge our bond until at least a month after we signed the lease. Highly illegal? Fair Trading will decide I guess. Tradespeople constantly coming through to "fix" uncompleted work. No privacy. Not one apology from Star Reality. The plumbers arrived one day to glue the loose backing plate on the tap in the shower, instead the young apprentice was sent in and he glued the tap completely to the backing plate, the kids had to use my shower for three nights until the plumber arrived to fix it. (Again, Star Realty were not concerned at all and Nusha but it down to "teething problems" ) The owner of the agency a, Stuart Boyden not once apologised to our family and left it all to the "property managers" to deal with. I feel he avoids confrontation. We spent over $70 a week on mobile data while we were there as Telstra informed us, when the technician arrived to connect the internet that an electrician needed to be called to fix something that hadn't been finished. It caused a delay for Telstra, by the time it was fixed we had lost our internet port in the street, so no internet. More money on mobile data. Julie Hillas issued an unfair eviction notice after seven weeks to us after everything we were put through. My children and I were separated whilst we waited on another property. My family suffered and Julie Hillas could only respond in her last email to me "we are bored with your accusations of us treating your family unfairly" she also tried convincing me not to go to Fair Trading . This will be going through Fair Trading. STAY away from this agency.
I got a phone call enquiring houses I applied for but they didn't have the right documents so I asked for an email to send them to they hung up before I could finish maybe an accident I don't know but I was still talking when they hung up. So I called back and asked for a email I tried it didn't work so I called back and asked for another email they were angry at me by this time when I'm just trying to get there Information to them once again it was wrong so I went on the Internet and found an email off the sight the lady's didn't give me this one and it was the only one on the sight so I called back up and they were deeply rude they said all three houses I have applied for are gone which is indeed a lie as they called me in the morning about those houses and they are still online they should not LIE or be able to have full authority to decline hang up on me and yell at me and then Julie and nusha two of the property managers were so rude hung up on me after telling me I'll never get a house until I learn manners mind you all I wanted was an email so I could get a house they hung up on me 5 times because I asked to speak to the person in charge they refused me his number and I have worked in a lot of places and the one right we always have is to speak to the boss and they denied me that and were completely rude I got a hold off the boss he will be calling me back soon I won't bother applying for the houses now but they should not be aloud to be rude because they are In a higher position I'm appalled
