Worst realestate every!!!! Will never use this place for anything.
Chris Henry from River Reality promised my wife and I the world and did no deliver. We are extremely disappointed that we trusted him with selling our home. As the other bad review I can relate to all of them.
During the time when I was looking to buy a house, I dealt with most of the real estates within the Maitland region for one reason or another over about a 3 month period. Whilst I never ended up going with River, it was because they didn't have a property that suited me, no other reason.I always found the people that worked there to be professional, happy to show me around places, always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Real Estates out there that forget good old fashioned customer service is important. The team were punctual in meetings, accommodating when there were inspection time constraints and Chris in particular knows the score, he's a professional person, happy to provide a chat and bit of general information about items I was concerned about. I will certainly be looking these guys up for my next purchase, thank you River Realty for highlighting that not all real estate agents are egotistical with narcissistic tendencies!
There are cheaper property management options in Maitland with proper management. Only a fool would use this River Real Estate.
The best thing that I have found about dealing with Hunter River Realty is their attention to detail in their property management department. I cannot thank the girls enough for their zero tolerance policy on arrears, which as a landlord, makes me certain that they are looking after the best interest of their investors. From inspections being completed in a timely manner, to repairs being completed to a high standard, they are on top of their game. If you are an investor looking for the team that is cohesive and puts their clients first, then don't go past this great Real Estate.
